    Instagram and Messenger

Both are included channels, running on the same knowledge and the same tone as WhatsApp.

    What is included

Instagram direct messages and Facebook Messenger are two of the four channels covered by your plan. There is no separate per-channel setup fee, and they draw on the same conversation allowance as everything else.

One agent, not one per channel

One agent, one set of knowledge, one tone across every channel — so a customer gets the same answer whether they message on Instagram or WhatsApp.

Maintaining separate bots per channel is how businesses end up contradicting themselves.

Building your knowledge base. The knowledge you load once serves every channel.

    Public comments

Instagram direct messages are covered. Public comment handling is a different thing, governed by Meta's rules, and those rules change.

If comment handling matters to you, raise it during scoping so we can confirm what is currently possible rather than promise it here.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do Instagram and Messenger cost extra?

No. All four channels are covered by the same plan and the same conversation allowance.

Will the agent sound different on Instagram than on WhatsApp?

Only if you want it to. By default it uses the same tone profile everywhere. See Learn My Style.

What about Telegram, WeChat, LINE or SMS?

Not part of the standard four, so treat it as a scoping question rather than an assumption. Ask us and we will tell you straight whether it is feasible, what it would take, and whether it is worth it. We would rather say no clearly than yes vaguely.
