    What happens after you sign

The four stages of setup, what we need from you at each one, and what a launch actually looks like.

    The four stages

    1. We gather and structure your business knowledge. Price lists, policies, product data, past conversations — whatever exists.

    2. We connect the channels. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web chat, or the subset you are starting with.

    3. We agree the behaviour. Tone, guardrails, escalation rules, and which conversations the agent handles at all.

    4. We test it against your real past conversations. Not invented ones. You sign off before it talks to anybody.

How much of your time this takes

A few hours in total, spread across the build — mostly answering questions about how your business works, and reviewing the agent's test answers before launch.

The review is the part worth doing properly. Everything else we can carry.

    You do not need documentation

Not having it is the normal situation. Most of what a business knows lives in people's heads and in past conversations.

We work from whatever exists — a price list, a website, a WhatsApp history — and interview you for the rest.

Exporting your past chats is often the single most useful thing you can hand over, because it shows what customers actually ask, rather than what you assume they ask.

    What a launch looks like

Deliberately unglamorous. We usually start on a limited slice — new contacts only, or chats you tag — watch closely for a few days, correct what needs correcting, then widen the scope.

A quiet launch you can inspect is worth more than a big-bang switch-on.

Tags and reply modes, which is the mechanism that makes a staged launch possible.

    Starting small is usually right

Start on one channel with a clear scope, get it reliably right, then widen. Skills can be added at any point without rebuilding the agent, so starting narrow costs you nothing later.

    What happens after launch

The retainer starts doing its work. We watch how it performs, correct what it gets wrong, and make every content or workflow change you ask for — live within 24 hours on weekdays.

This is the part that separates a managed agent from a tool. Businesses change constantly, and an agent nobody maintains goes stale within weeks.

How to ask for a change

Tell us what changed: a new price, a new policy, a new product, a reply you want worded differently. Content and workflow changes go live within 24 hours on weekdays. You do not need to describe it in technical terms or edit anything yourself.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How long from signing to going live?

It depends on how much knowledge there is to structure and which channels you are connecting. We give you a date after stage one, when we have seen what actually exists, rather than before.

Can we go live on one channel and add others later?

Yes, and it is usually the better order. One channel done properly beats four done approximately.

Who does the work — us or you?

Us. You answer questions about your business and review the test answers. You do not configure, maintain or learn a dashboard.
