Answers
Can we actually build that?
The questions clients ask before they commit, answered straight — including where the limits are. If your question is not here, ask it and we will add the answer.
Reliability
If the chatbot doesn't know the answer, will it stop replying and alert us?
Yes. When the agent cannot match a question to something it actually knows, it stops replying rather than guessing, hands the conversation to whichever WhatsApp group or inbox you nominate, and records why it escalated so you can see the exact question it could not answer.
Knowledge
Where did it get the source info? We want to make sure it's up to date.
From documents you give it — your price list, policies, product information, help articles. Nothing else. Every answer can be traced back to the specific source it came from, so when something looks wrong you can see which document said it rather than guessing at the model.
How do we keep the knowledge base current without retraining anything?
You edit the source document and the answer updates. The agent reads your documents at answer time rather than memorising them, so a price change takes effect as soon as you save the new price list. There is no retraining cycle and no model to redeploy.
Integrations
Can the booking link to our Rezerv system?
Yes, where the system exposes an API. The agent reads real availability and writes the booking into your system rather than keeping its own calendar, so what a customer is offered on WhatsApp is what is actually free. We have connected agents to booking and reservation platforms this way.
Payments
Can the payment QR use DuitNow?
Yes. The agent can send a DuitNow QR or a payment link inside the WhatsApp conversation, so the customer pays without leaving the chat. It can also send the amount pre-filled where your payment provider supports it, which removes the most common cause of a mismatched payment.
Workflows
For personal training sessions I need to book each time — can the agent talk to the client, message our coaches on WhatsApp to confirm a time, then come back to the client?
Yes. This is a multi-party workflow: the agent collects what the client wants, posts the request into your coaches' WhatsApp group, waits for a coach to claim the slot, then confirms back to the client. The client only ever sees one conversation.
